Chris Rogers was born and raised in New Orleans and now resides in Chicago with his wife, Jill, and their two children, Ian(7) and Ella Mae(4). He makes it back to New Orleans monthly and stays deeply connected to his entire family and his friends that live there. Chris has been an ardent supporter of the local music community in New Orleans since he was very young and has created close friendships with many of the city's very best musicians and industry professionals throughout the years. These relationships and connections, combined with his drive and passion for great music and the culture of his hometown, made the transition from a 9-to-5 to Chris' current roll with Fiyawerx a natural, long overdue progression. Now, with a hold on the Chicago and New Orleans music scenes and an eye on more, Chris is helping Fiyawerx explode on a national level.
New Orleans native Ryan Shapiro developed an interest in culinary and music culture at an early age with the intention of one-day owning his own restaurant and music venue. His passion for music led to a managment career on the early alternative rock scene which helped Ryan develop the relationships and knowlege that eventually let to him co-founding Fiyawerx Productions. That, along with his philanthropic work and co-ownership of New Orleans' acclaimed McClure's Barbecue, has established Ryan as a prominent force on the New Orleans scene.
