March 14 - March 21: $70.00
Day of Show: $80.00
The VIP Ticket Package is $120, no matter when purchased, however there is a very limited quanitity available so don't hesitate if you hope to get VIP tickets!
What if I bought a ticket and now I don't need it?
Ticket transfers and refunds can be requested and will be facilitated on a case-by-case basis, per our Terms + Conditions. Requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why does my ticket price not include all my food and drinks this year?
If you attended Fiya Fest before, you are probably expecting an all-inclusive ticket this year. Although we love the idea of one cost for everything, for the safety and benefit of our guests, staff, and affiliates and to ensure the event runs smoothly, we made the decision to include only music in the General Admission ticket cost and in exchange offer tickets at lower prices. Food and beverages will be for sale at a reasonable cost.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Outside food and beverages, excluding alcoholic beverages, will be allowed on the Festival site for those attendees with dietary restrictions and needs. Festival staff will admit outside food and drinks based on their reasonable discretion. No large quantites or large containers, such as coolers or picnic baskets, will be allowed on Festival grounds. But don't fret, we'll have a ton for sale at great prices! Including vegan and vegetarian options! The Festival menu will be available soon at FiyaFest.com.
AT THE EVENT
What will I need to get my wristband?
All wristbands are issued day-of-show at the Festival entrance. For all online ticket orders, make sure you bring your printed tickets to the event! They are needed to obtain your wristband. Photo ID will be required so make sure the name on your order matches that of who will be picking up the wristband(s). If you need to change the name on your order, transfer requests can be sent to email@example.com.
If tickets/wristbands are still available day-of-show, they can be purchased at the event entrance/gate.
Can children attend?
They sure can! We encourage families to attend Fiya Fest together! Children under 5 are admitted free of charge and tickets for children age 5-12 can be purchased for $10. Keep in mind that Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the Festival site.
How about my dog?
Unless he's a service dog, Fido's gotta stay home. Assitance animals are permitted but please register your animal with our staff prior to the event by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with "Assistance Animal" in the subject line.
Can I bring a chair or blanket and claim a spot on the Festival floor?
Last year, we had a lot of groups setting up chairs and picnic areas throughout the ballroom. Although we value the comfort of our attendees, this ended up being a fire hazard and inconvenience for a majority of our guests. This year we will have designated areas in the ballroom and outside for parties who wish to hanker down. Setting up chairs or a picnic area in non-designated areas will not be permitted.
What's the best way to get to Mardi Gras World?
Mardi Gras World is located on the east bank of the Mississippi River at 1380 Port of New Orleans. If you are close enough, we definitely reccommend walking to the event. Otherwise, cabs and bikes are probably the best option, especially if you will be enjoying a few alcoholic beverages. Parking is available at Mardi Gras World for $10 should you choose to drive. More details on transport, parking and driving directions can be found on the Mardi Gras World website.
Where should I stay if I'm visiting New Orleans?
We're big fans of using AirBnB to find New Orleans lodging with charm and character! Trip Advisor also offers a comprehensive search of great places to stay while in town. If those don't work, Google it!
Is the venue handicapped accessible?
Yes. All areas of the Festival are accessible, including the VIP Balcony in the ballroom.
